  • All KLURVE™ products are made to order and produced once payment is confirmed.
  • Because production begins shortly after checkout, orders cannot be modified or canceled once the process has started.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including potential fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory limitations.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is collected in full at checkout.

3. Shipping

  • Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
  • KLURVE™ is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once the order has been shipped.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • KLURVE™ does not accept general returns or exchanges due to our made-to-order production model.
