Returns & Exchanges

Every KLURVE™ piece is made individually for you once your order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, we ask that you review all product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.
Made to order. Made with purpose. Designed to last.
1. Standard Returns
Because every piece is produced specifically for you, we do not accept standard returns or cash refunds for change of mind, color or style preference, or general dissatisfaction. We're not a warehouse — your piece is created just for your order.
We do, however, offer an exchange option for sizing (see Section 2).
2. Sizing Exchanges
We know getting the fit right on an oversized silhouette matters. If your size isn't right, you may request an exchange or store credit, subject to the following:
- The request is made within 15 days of delivery
- The item is returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached
- The item is free of any marks, smells, deodorant, or pet hair
Replacement pieces are made to order, so please allow our standard dispatch window for your new order to ship. We inspect every return and reserve the right to refuse items that don't meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than a confirmed defect:
- Accessories, including the Essential Structured Cap (hygiene reasons)
- Sale or clearance items
- Items damaged through wear or improper care
4. Claims Window
All issues must be reported within 15 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
5. How to Report an Issue
Email support@klurve.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review your request and respond promptly.
6. Refund Process
Where a refund is issued under this policy — for a confirmed defect, a fulfillment error, or an eligible cancellation — refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
7. Defect & Fulfillment Errors
For verified defects or fulfillment errors, a free replacement will be sent promptly and most items do not need to be returned. If a replacement cannot be made, store credit or a refund may be issued.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Production begins shortly after checkout. Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. If you cancel within this window, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method, since production has not yet begun. Email support@klurve.com immediately if you need to modify an order. Once production has started, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
9. Unauthorized Returns
Please do not send items back to our mailing address without approval. Unapproved returns cannot be processed or refunded.
