Shipping policy

Each KLURVE™ piece is made to order — crafted individually once your purchase is confirmed. This intentional process minimizes overproduction and ensures every item is created with care, precision, and purpose.

Production Time

  • Standard production time is 5–7 business days.
  • Production timelines may extend slightly during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.
  • Once your item is produced, it ships directly from our fulfillment facility.

Delivery Time

  • Orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days after shipping.
  • Estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly based on carrier and destination.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and total order weight.

Tracking

  • A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package is scanned by the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, transit delays may occur that are outside of our control.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
  • Look for delivery attempts or notices
  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

If the issue remains unresolved, email support@klurve.com and we'll do our best to assist. In verified cases of non-delivery, a replacement may be arranged at our discretion.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional reshipping fee.
